Behind the Poem: ONCE UPON A TIME IN ME

The poem, ONCE UPON A TIME IN ME, (Beauty for Ashes, pg 87) was written December 10, 2005. I was thinking back about my childhood and teenage years and how I'd always felt quite a bit older than kids my age.
