Behind the Poem: NOTHING CAN EXPLAIN

The poem, NOTHING CAN EXPLAIN, (Beauty for Ashes, pgs 84-85) was written in January of 2001. I was struggling with depression at the time. Instead of giving into any negative thoughts I was having at this time, I wrote. Writing has always been a great coping mechanism for me.
